This is the real-deal, full set of 9 Stanley No. 60 chisels, with the coveted larger sizes up to 2”. That’s twice the width of 1”! Colossal blade.
None of the chisels have been sharpened, and none appear to have been used, though the cutting edges show some dings and signs of wear. Strike caps do not look to us like they’ve been whacked by anything very hard, or anything for that matter, but do have scratches and signs of handling/storage wear. If you’re going to display them rather than use them, you can disregard the paragraph immediately below.
For the potential purchaser who wants to use this set, we say go for it because that’s badass. But we’re not gonna lie and you probably know this already: getting these tuned up to be performance rockstars is going to take some work flattening the backs and establishing new bevels and edges.
